Feb. 6, 2001 - A quick visit home

For two weeks I am subcontracted to SMCO (Saginaw Metal Casting Organization) in Saginaw to teach Visual Interface Programming to their plant electricians. On Tuesday I ran home for a brief visit and was able to see Logans last home basketball game!!

Gwen (above left) and Rily (above right) were very pleased to see me, and offered their services to test the recently repaired digital camera before we left for the game.

Logan stands ready to grab the rebound
Playing defense on the inbound pass

Logan has spent a lot of time on the bench this year, as he was never on a basketball team before, and he made the A team when he tried out (he's very athletic). The last few games he has been getting some playing time, and is an aggressive player on defense. This game was against Jackson Catholic Middle School which is one of Northwests arch-rival schools. In the above left shot Adam Price shoots a free throw, and Logan (right side facing the camera) stands ready to grab the rebound. In the above right shot, Logan manuvers to get open for the inbound pass. It was a great game, and the Mounties took the day.
