Uncle Bill Perkins' 70th Birthday Party
On Memorial Day weekend we traveled down to Indiana to visit with our family on my fathers side: the Perkins'. Aunt Myrna (my fathers sister) invited everyone to the Indiana Dunes State Park to celebrate Bill Perkins' 70th birthday. The park is one of their favorite places, and it was easy to see why: it is a beautiful place with great trails and an impressive mosaic of plant and animal life.
The first photo below shows Bill with his grand-daughter Natalie Perkins. Natalie is Jeff and Jeanne Perkins' daughter, and is about 14 months old in this photo.
