Amber has her foal "Shy of the Moon"

Ambers baby Shy 20000629-1 Another surprise birth at Brasic Farm happened on June 28th, 2000 when Amber unexpectedly delivered her baby early (must have been the New Moon). I went outside early in the day and saw Amber walking around with a baby I thought was Tybo following her (Tybo now follows the other mares sometimes). Later in the day I returned with Logan and he spotted something laying in the field by Amber that wasn't Tybo (we saw Tybo standing by Betsy). Upon investigation we saw it was Ambers little colt who Linden has named "Shy of the Moon" or Shy. He is a pretty little guy with a nice diamond shaped star on his forehead, two white boots and two white socks on his legs, a nice light color like a red dun (he has a dun stripe) and a wonderful gentle and curious disposition.

Ty-Bo grows and grows

Tybo and Betsy 20000629-1 Betsy's colt Ty-Bo (Ty's Timely Tot) grows bigger every day. He is now a well muscled, curious colt that runs like the wind, and nibbles on everything. This morning we was grabbing his moms halter and pulling on it hard enough to get her to turn around. He will now approach us without much apprehension, and of course trys to nibble on fingers and arms if they are within reach.
