Logan gets his Basketball award 200103-1

Logan Brasic receives an award for participating on the 2001 Northwest Mounties 8th grade Basketball A Team. Logan had never played on a basketball team before and he spent a lot of time on the bench. I was concerned he might be discouraged about basketball, but he surprised me with his maturity and his committment to doing whatever his team needed. He practiced and worked out as hard as any member of the team, respected his coach greatly, and improved each week. At the end of the season Logan began to get playing time and his hard work and good attitude paid off.
